Return Shipping Costs
Maison d’Arve does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when sending items back.
Return Label Requirement
Please include a return label with your package. Returns without a label may be refused.
Final Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If that’s the case, be sure to include photos when you submit your return request.
